FAQs
Is there a doctor present?
Yes, we have Emergency Room Board Certified Physicians and Nurse Practitioners who oversee and ensure safety protocols are being upheld prior to administering care. Telehealth visits may be required for some patients prior to some injections/infusions, and returning patients with a change in health status for optimal health safety.
Do you take insurance for all services?
Yes, we do for specific services!Insurance covers some services such as family practice, labs, some testing, etc. It does not cover aesthetic and cosmetic procedures. You can use your HSA/FHA card as a method of payment for IV Hydration. We also offer payment plan options!
Are the Services Painful?
There is a slight pinch when getting an IV, just like when you get your blood drawn at the doctor's office, or an IV before surgical procedures. We are very good at administering IV therapy and starting IVs with as little discomfort as possible. We take pride in hearing our clients say, "That wasn't bad at all!" every chance we get!
Advanced Skin Care, such as Hydrafacials, are quite relaxing! Chemical peels may give a different sensation but should not be painful. PRP utilizes numbing cream to help mitigate any potential pain during the procedure.
Body Sculpting is meant to be painless, and most patients say it feels like a nice massage!
Don't I get enough vitamins and nutrients from my food?
Not at all! As much as we would love that to be true, it simply is impossible to load the body with the full amount of the recommended nutrients needed. This is due to the fact that those nutrients must go through and clear the digestive tract. With IV hydration you bypass that and go straight to the bloodstream which is the fastest and most concentrated way to obtain nutrients and medications in their full potency. You receive all the benefits and no waste with IV hydration! It's a win-win situation!
How long will it take?
Our services are meant to be thorough without taking much of your time. Our 500 mL infusions, once started, are completed within 30-45 minutes of the infusion start time. The infusion of 1000 mL is completed within an hour of administration. Injections are completed within 15-20 mins, including monitoring time. We want to get you better and on with the rest of your day! Botox and filler appointments range from 30-45 mins but can change according to how little or how much your treatment plan suggests. PRP Facials take approximately 1 hour of total treatment time.
