Our Policy
Mobile Appointments
Are you too busy or sick to come to us? We make house or business calls! If you need us to visit you at home or work, please put all pets away in a secured location before we get to your location. This ensures our staff's safety while providing treatment to you effectively. If you do not secure your pets in a secured location the services will be rescheduled for a later time or day as time permits. We service ages 15 and up!
Travel
We service Harford County and the surrounding areas! Yes, we do service the Baltimore, and Cecil County area as well! Please have a clean workable space for us to place our items to prepare for treatment. This will ensure the highest level of care is done in a sanitary fashion. Due to the materials we use such as needles, please do not have small children in the area we are working to avoid injury.
Please do not Smoke during treatment or prior to it. This aids in helping those nurses who may be asthmatic as well as assists in promoting good blood flow to your veins! Happy veins equal happy infusions!
We do not access implanted ports for IV hydration or medication administration during appointments. Our nurses only access ports in a hospital setting for health and safety reasons.
COVID
For the safety of our nurses and staff please do not book a mobile or walk-in service if you are COVID positive.
Same Day Appointments/Walk-Ins
We accept Walk-ins during business hours but you must still book the time as an appointment to ensure the time is available as we also do mobile appointments. If we are on a mobile appointment the next available time slot will be displayed for you to book your appointment.
Parties/Events
Let us bring the energy, fun, and drip to your event! Inquire about our services for your special day! Come to us or we will come to you! Either way it's sure to be a blast of class, fun, and a healthy good time!
Late Policy
Traffic, Life, and busy schedules can occur unexpectedly. We give a 10 min grace period for this reason to help aid you should this happen. While we value your time, we also have to value the next client's as well. Should you be later than 10 minutes, you will be assessed a late fee of $25 and you your appointment time may be delayed or rescheduled to avoid interruption of appointment scheduling. Please contact us if you feel that you are running behind so that we can assist you and make it an easy transition.
Last Minute Cancellations
We understand things happen, and you may not be able to make your appointment. Please cancel a full 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Due to the nature of our scheduling services and availability, any cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time will receive a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
Telehealth Visit Requirements
To provide you with the safest care the following patients must do a telehealth or in-office visit with our physician on the day of service before an IV Infusion: New patients, Prenatal appointments, new illness, or change in health status since the last visit. There is a $25.00 for the visit with our physician that is invoiced separately. Telehealth visits are NOT required for regular or returning patients with no change in health history.
CPR Courses
We teach First Aid, Heart Saver, and New and Renewal BLS courses. Individual courses will be taught at our facility. We do groups and clinical settings as well! Book your clinic or group with us and we will come to you or make it a company outing to get away from the hustle and bustle for team building and fun at our facility! We look forward to helping you save lives!
PAYMENTS & COPAYS
Copays are due at the time of every appointment before services are rendered. We accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA/HFA cards, and cash. We offer Payment Plans for our non-insured services!
